We have certain codes of conduct and expectations that we expect all believers to adhere to when aligning with Convergence to maintain integrity, to ensure we glorify God in our conduct, and to protect and honour those that are part of our network. These are stated below:

• Every person aligned with Convergence must be a born again Spirit filled believer of Jesus Christ.

• We expect believers to have a lifestyle of cultivating a relationship with the Lord through prayer, praise and worship, and reading the Bible.

• Believers must be aligned to a local church family.

• Believers must be In agreement to our statement of faith.

• We expect believers to be cultivating the fruit of the Spirit in their lives.

• We expect believers to be integral in all that they do.

• We expect believers to have an attitude of humility and of a servant heart rather than "lording" it over others.

• We expect believers to be honouring others in what they say and do through the love of God.

• Believers must be a person of financial integrity whether personal, work, business related, or of other means.

• Believers must be focused on glorifying Jesus rather than seeking to glorify themselves.

• Believers must not be involved in any type of sexual sin, racism, drugs, gambling, getting drunk on alcohol, or other sins in accordance with the Bible. 

 

Alignment with convergence is voluntary and withdrawal can be made at anytime.

 

Failing to comply with the expectations set out above, can result in a withdrawal of a person's alignment with us.
